Caledonia House is a mid terrace house set on the main street in the heart of Lower Town Fishguard and enjoying an enviable spot on the quayside overlooking this quaint, picturesque harbour made famous as the set for several major films such as Moby Dick and Under Milkwood.
Deceptively spacious, this upside down house is an appealing mix of period features and modern lines. The welcoming large bedrooms on the ground floor are comfortably furnished in a more traditional style, while stairs lead up to the contemporary and airy open plan living space with A frame beams; two comfortable seating areas give plenty of space to relax and there is a modern fitted kitchen.
