Main entrance door is reached from gradual ramp with decorative, but sturdy wrought iron railing.
Alternative entrance is across patio area through double patio doors which open into lounge, all on one level.
Garden extends up to 30 metres all lawned with borders and large shrubbery, gradual slope with no steps.
Ground floor facilities include one very large en-suite bedroom, kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge.
The ensuite walk in wet room has built in whb and wc, has non slip, ceramic tiled flooring and shower seat.
Lounge with patio doors open onto garden.
Kitchen has extensive work tops with low level gas hob and built in gas oven and other facilities.
Well lit lounge with natural and artificial lighting.
TV and other audio visual equipment are operated by remote control.
External lighting system to front and side of property, automatically activated from dusk till dawn.
Guide Dogs welcome.
Public transport (limited) approximately 200 metres to unsheltered bus stop (however, driver will generally pick up and drop off outside property if flagged down).
