FAQ's
Frequently asked questions is not what this is about really as every person has there own set of questions as everyone’s needs differ. That is what is so great about Pembrokeshire, every time, whatever stage of life you can have an amazing experience.
And on a final note, whilst we have over 500 properties, our staff have visited them all. We live here, unlike other agencies that are simply a call centre. So feel free to ask questions, we have the answers, and if we do not we will find them for you!

When does our holiday start and when is it time to say good bye?
Check in is available from 3pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate the property by 10am. Leaving is not a natural reaction once you have spent time in Pembrokeshire. But we do only have a few hours to turn the cottage around and prepare it for the next customer, so please understand it is only that we want everyone to have the welcome you had!

What is there to do?
There is probably more to do in Pembrokeshire than any other county in the country. We have an abundance of activity centres, golf courses, attractions, restaurants and more castles per square mile than any other county in the world! So we have a separate department that will talk you through what may appeal to your interests, send you tickets so you do not have to queue and even book some of the best seats in our favourite restaurants. Pembrokeshire people love to eat!!

What about Pets?
We do charge for pets, but that is only to cover for the extra clean. We then go so much further than those that allow pets to go free. Log onto www.thewoofguide.com or speak to one of the activity staff and they will talk you through our database of Dog Friendly activity centres, restaurants, pubs and attractions. We even have a pet store in our office! We can arrange pet hampers, with specialist food and toys and place them in the cottage for your arrival. We can even recommend cottages based on your dogs personality, but check out the web site first!
